Bolgheri Rosso Doc
Dark red with bright and purplish reflections. The nose is pleasant and articulated with sensations of red and black fruit, among which black currants and ripe cherries stand out.
Varieties: 50% Merlot, 30% Petit Verdot, 20% Cabernet Franc
Vineyards: 50 m a.s.l. with south, south-west exposure with soils composed of fluvial sedimentations with a sandy texture and presence of skeleton.
In the cellar: spontaneous vinification in truncated conical cement vats. Fermentation by native yeasts for about 13 days. Ageing in large, unroasted casks for about a year.
