Bolgheri Superiore Doc
Intense wine, dark fruit on the nose with evident notes of black currant and blueberry. The palate is energetic and refined at the same time, complex and persistent.
Varieties: 30% Cabernet Franc, 70% Cabernet Sauvignon
Vineyards: 50 m a.s.l. with south, south-west exposure with soils composed of fluvial sedimentations with a sandy texture and presence of skeleton.
In the cellar: Spontaneous vinification in truncated concrete vats. Fermentation by native yeasts for about 13 days. Ageing in large, unroasted casks for about 24 months.
