Elegant and delicate with notes of lime, white peach, exotic and floral hints of sage and hawthorn. Extremely savory with a pleasantly mineral finish.

Varieties: 100% Vermentino 

Vineyards: at 15 m a.s.l. with western exposure, on soils composed of fluvial sedimentations with a sandy texture.

In the cellar: traditional white vinification with cold method. Soft and gentle pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel for about 12 days and ageing in stainless steel for 3 months.
