Rosato Igt
Fruity and fresh, initially characterized by hints of small red berries, integrated with floral aromas that give it finesse on the nose.
Varieties: 80% Merlot, 20% Syrah
Vineyards: 50 m a.s.l., on soils composed of fluvial sedimentations with a sandy texture.
In the cellar: traditional white vinification with cold method. Soft and gentle pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel for about 12 days and ageing in stainless steel for 3 months.
